Mad Cow Is always looking for those people who are willing to work in a fun, fast paced, outdoor environment. We are open for 9 months per year, normally Saturday’s and Sunday’s with the occasional weekdays. Beginning of March thru End of November.

The paintball referee will be working directly with the public, in all kinds of weather conditions, in a fluid, combative environment. Enforcement of facility rules of play and the safety of the paintball player is the number one responsibility of the referee. The preservation of the facilities and equipment is second and the enjoyment of the participants is third. Work punctuality, reasonable physical health, mobility, adaptability, knowledge of basic first aid, communication, and decision making are required skills.

Duties include: Facility cleaning, setup and teardown. The explanation, implementation, and supervision of specific games the players will be engaged in from within the game itself. You are required to protect the players from being overshot, if necessary, taking paintball hits that the eliminated player would otherwise absorb. Other duties after additional training will include supervision of the chronograph station, filling tanks, and minor equipment repair. When working with the public you must remain polite at all times. Hours of work are every Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Occasional weekdays. Must be present for all hosted events. Wage scale starts at hourly minimum wage.
