Welcome to Mad Cow Paintball.  

We are currently in our sixth year of business.  We are still enjoying the business of paintball.  We are no longer new to paintball, we have a lot of experience under our belts now.  I still say, paintballers are some of the greatest people, We're proud to be part of such a group.

We have a review for the field stating we are a mom & pop business run by kids.  We are a family based business, our two boys do a lot of work in the business and will one day take it over.  Our Ref's are also our Mad Cow Sponsored Team Members, most of which are adults with other jobs and a main focus on paintball and making paintball better for everyone. 

We live on our family farm near Cedar Creek,  Nebraska.  It has been in our family since 1864, and we are proud to keep and care for the land.  We have over four hundred acres, most of which is in alfalfa, the rest is timber and creek area (most of the farm is flat).  We currently have 40 acres set aside exclusively for paintball, all of which is flat and near Turkey Creek.    

Our Goal is to become the largest and the best paintball operation in Nebraska, complete with scenario games, tournaments, and anything else we can come up with.  With the support of you (our customers) we will accomplish this at an affordable price to you.  As you know, paintball is not a cheap sport, the markers are expensive, paint is expensive (and quickly used up).  We hope to make paintball more affordable to the players by not trapping you on paint price and by giving you the option to bring your own paint or buy ours.  We already know we are beating chain store prices (maybe not when they have the OLD PAINT sales) and our paint is NOT OLD.  Check our Prices.  We do not have a "Pro Shop" but we do sell many of the items you may need, and if we don't have it we can order it.

We do not believe in Customer Appreciation Discount Days, we believe we should appreciate our customers daily, not just once in a while.

Cedar Creek and Louisville are small towns, with not much for the kids or adults to do (unless you golf), which is why we wanted to do something in recreation that all ages could enjoy.  After a lot of research and talking with people, we decided paintball was what we wanted.  We have been opened since July 1, 2002.  We have worked hard to get here, we will work hard to stay here in paintball.

We decided on the name of Mad Cow while thinking of the beginnings of paintball, where markers were first used to mark the cattle.  We had a cow calf operation for many years, but got out when farming became a hobby instead of a way of life here on many small farms in Eastern Nebraska.  If you have ever worked with cattle, you know that some of them do not like people giving vaccinations or physical exams to their calves, and would love to just run you over, hence the name Mad Cow (it has nothing to do with the disease).    

We are a family based business, our 3 kids (in their teens) and I will be here on week days when school is not in session and all of us will be here on the weekends, Our hours are: Saturdays from 10 AM to Dark, Sundays from  10 AM to 5PM and Weekdays by reservations only (to make a reservation e-mail me or call 402-234-2024

Our Mad Cow emblem was drawn and painted by our friend Dominic Holmes, a tattoo artist from Big Brain, in Omaha. 

We are open to suggestions and constructive criticism, we want to be your home field and we are willing to work to get you here.
